Payment is expected the day of service or mailed within 3 days.  If an invoice for service is issued, a service fee is applied for handling to cover the cost of postage/paper and office time.

The hourly rate is $38.00 per person/per hour with a 3 hour minimum.  The minimum charge is $112.00 (2 people 1 1/2 hours)

If we do not have a key to your home and we are locked out, we charge a full service fee.  We have reserved the time and team especially for your home.

Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to scheduled cleaning will be charged the full fee.

By the hour cleanings are charged for the work that has been done (not inclusive of the areas not done).  If additional work is needed to complete cleaning tasks, these too are charged by the hour.  If “work performed is not satisfactory” and needs re-cleaning, this is free of charge.  If you have specific cleaning needs and there is a “cap” on services to be charged, you need to be present during the cleaning to direct the crew appropriately to the areas needing attention to ensure your own priorities within this budget.
